- Payment information: Processed through Stripe. We never store, see, or have access to your credit card numbers or full payment details.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, timestamps
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide the eligibility check and generate your personalized permit package
- Process your payment and fulfill your order
- Send transactional emails (confirmations, package delivery, support)
- Improve our product and service (using anonymized, aggregated data)
- Comply with legal and regulatory requirements
Third Parties
Stripe (payment processing): Your payment is processed by Stripe. Refer to Stripe's privacy policy for details on how they handle your payment information.

- Your account data: Retained for 24 months after your last activity. After this period, your data is deleted.
